In this meditation, we focus on zooming in on your current situation, and zooming out to a situation you would like to manifest.  Center yourself in the present, and invite a future you will enjoy.  

This meditation is based on the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding strategy.  When you are lost in thoughts, this grounding strategy can help you return to the present moment.  In a twist, this meditation also helps you to ground yourself in a future moment, helping you to bring that moment into reality for you.
